DIGITALISATION PLAN PROJECT

The economic aid for digitalisation provided by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Enterprise, financed with European Next Generation EU funds, have enabled the Spanish Chambers of Commerce abroad to modernise and optimise their IT, communication and telematic systems. These aids have been managed by the Federation of Spanish Chambers of Commerce in Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania (FEDECOM), acting as a collaborating organisation. The main objective has been to strengthen the technological infrastructure of these Chambers, facilitating the digital transition and improving the connectivity and efficiency of the services they offer to companies and entrepreneurs. Improvements include hardware and software upgrades, the implementation of new digital platforms for management and communication, and the development of telematic tools that allow for better data management and more agile interaction with users. This support has been crucial to maintain competitiveness in an increasingly digitised global environment.
