71st Ordinary General Assembly of the Members of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy

2025-10-01

On the 39th floor of Palazzo Lombardia — a symbol of a region that has always been close to the Chamber and the leading region in terms of the presence of Spanish companies in Italy — the 71st Ordinary General Assembly of the Members was held, with the participation of the President of the Lombardy Region, Attilio Fontana, the Regional Minister for Economic Development, Guido Guidesi, and the Ambassador of Spain to Italy, Miguel Fernández-Palacios.

The General Assembly of the Members of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Italy is one of the most significant annual events for our business community. It is an opportunity to take stock of the activities carried out, share development perspectives, and strengthen economic and commercial ties between Spain and Italy.

During the Assembly, the President of the Chamber, Luigi Patìmo, and the Secretary General, Yolanda Gimeno, presented the results achieved by the Chamber in 2024 and outlined the strategic objectives for the current year in the areas of members, events, services, and projects.

The year 2024 has been a period of consolidation and growth for the Chamber: more activities, more members, and a steadily growing network that continues to strengthen economic relations between Spain and Italy. We look to the future with enthusiasm and determination, ready to face the challenges ahead together.

Today, our network includes over 200 companies, among them the leading Spanish multinationals in Italy and vice versa, with more than 63,000 employees and a combined turnover of over €32 billion in Italy in 2024.

We remain committed to facilitating exchanges, collaborations, and new opportunities between Spain and Italy.
