Second Padel Tournament of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Germany Successfully Held
The Chamber of Commerce continues to promote its initiative of combining sports and networking through padel with the organization of its second tournament, an event that has doubled the number of participating pairs compared to the first edition held in June. This growth confirms the strong interest and consolidation of an idea born with the aim of creating new meeting spaces in a dynamic and relaxed environment.
On this occasion, the tournament brought together 16 pairs —32 players— from the Spanish-German business network at The Padellers Frankfurt, where the day began at 9:30 a.m. with the tournament presentation and continued for four hours. The competition followed an initial knockout round that led to two final brackets —the consolation round and the main draw— ensuring active participation from all players.
After the morning of matches, participants enjoyed an aperitif that marked the end of the event and provided an opportunity to continue professional exchanges in a relaxed atmosphere.
Awards Ceremony and Final Raffle
The awards ceremony was led by Álvaro Ariznavarreta, member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, who praised the effort and competitive level demonstrated by all participants. Following the awards, a raffle took place that included two flight tickets from Frankfurt to Madrid, presented by Daniel de la Cruz, Key Account Manager at Air Europa, as well as a set of premium honeys from Hives Bio, delivered by Daniela Restrepo, the company’s Export Sales Representative.
The Chamber of Commerce would like to express its sincere gratitude to its sponsor Banco Santander and to its partners Air Europa, Hives Bio and Xtr3m Sports, whose support was essential to the success of this edition. We are already working to give this initiative continuity with the aim of organizing the tournament regularly and further strengthening the connection between sports and networking.
